Specificity
The antibody can specifically recognize human Galectin 3 protein. In western blotting of Hela, A431 and MCF7 cell lysates, the antibody can label a 30 kDa band corresponding to Galectin 3, while there is no band detected in Galectin 3 knock out Hela cell lysate.
