Specificity
The antibody can specifically recognize human CK7 protein, and shows no cross reaction with CK1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20. In western blotting of Hela, A431, A549 and Hela cell lysates, the antibody can label a 51 kDa band corresponding to CK7 in A549 and Hela cell lysates, while there is no band detected in CK7 knock out Hela cell lysate.
